Terms & Conditions

  • Same day cancellations are non-refundable for single packages and party packages 
  • If parties are showing booked for that day PLEASE call and we can try to accommodate you for that date you are requesting 
  • If you will like to schedule your party for a different date please call and we can try to make the changes if available.
  • Please make sure nail polish is removed from the child’s nails before appointment if not removed it will be an extra charge for polish removal
  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE 
  • 20% gratuity applied on parties and single packages
  •  $100 deposit needed to reserve the date and time of a spa party.
  •  For your convenience, you can use Venmo, zelle, or credit cards for deposits. (Party is not booked until deposit is made.)

• VERY IMPORTANT! Final headcount confirmation is required 3 days before your party.
• We can accommodate up to 8 girls in our party room.
• Please advise guest to arrive on time.
• Our hostesses are ready to start at your scheduled time. We will start some services as we wait.
• We can not extend your party time unless you pay extra at the time of booking ($65 for 1/2 hr or $120 for 1 hr.)
• Parties are for the children. Parents are welcome to watch and support in designated waiting area.
• We provide food, pastries and drinks for every party.
• We will provide everything that’s needed for your special event you are more than welcome to bring a birthday cake.
• You are welcome to arrive 15 mins. before your party to set up.
• You are responsible to pay for all confirmed number of guests attending. (Example: confirmed for 8 girls but only 6 attend. You will still have to pay for 8.)
• Hostesses will not negotiate price at time of party.
• To ensure safety and sanitation, we do not cut nails, cuticle or use curling iron on hair. We use all disposable applicators for make up application.
• We will accommodate last minute parties.
• NO SHOWS will be charged $200.
• We have the right to adjust our packages on our website.
• Due to Covid all staff will wear mask at all times and sanitize after every service. All staff will wear gloves during every service and also while serving refreshments.
• If anyone in your party is running a temperature of 100.4 F or has been exposed to Covid please notify us of head count adjustments or reschedule for a later date.
